Dancers,
We still have a couple of spots for this weekend's Ceremony. Come and let go, let go, let go...
Dance the way your body wants to, without choreography or judgement! Get out of your head and into your body, discover the innate body wisdom you possess.
Elizabeth Luna Cervantes, facilitator. Ecstatic Dance is an authentic, spontaneous, expressive, meditative movement practice that incorporates elements of various body - mind - movement practices. Go beyond the limits of your habitual movement patterns and explore your inner dance. We typically dance barefooted without verbal interaction. There is no choreography or instruction. Attend to yourself tonight on the dance floor.
This is the first, the wildest, and the wisest thing I know
that the soul exists and is built entirely out of ATTENTIVENESS.

The Sufi sage Hazrat Inayat Khan says “We may certainly see God in all arts and in all sciences, but in music alone we see God free from all forms and thoughts.” Come, listen, and move freely, on Tuesday at 7:00 pm; arrive a few minutes early to give yourself time to let go of the busy mind and be with the divine.
“The snake which cannot cast its skin has to die.” Nietzsche - come and shed your skin on the dance floor - 7:00 pm tonight
Registration for this ceremony is required. Spaces will be limited.
This ceremony will begin with a 45 minute ecstatic dance facilitated by Luna. Following the movement portion of the evening, Celeste will guide the group upon a classic, Shamanic dismemberment journey. Participants will be methodically ushered toward a total and complete releasing of all aspects of the Self. Only when we have dissolved all that we are not, do we realize what we truly are! Upon remembering ourselves as Spirit, we will hang out in a mystical state of pure consciousness, bathed in healing sound, and then, once again, we will dream the Universe, our reconstituted bodies, and our restructured lives back into Being. Dismemberment is a powerful way to reset and recalibrate, on all levels! A grounding exercise will be offered at the end and everyone will be encouraged to depart in silence.
You are invited to come and dance into the mystery tonight at 7:00…
Points of View, E.E. Cummings, We can never be born enough. We are human beings for whom birth is a supremely welcome mystery. The mystery of growing. The mystery that happens only and whenever we are faithful to ourselves.
Just for fun...

Let yourself be silently drawn by the strange pull
of what you really love. It will not lead you astray.

Inspiration for your dance tonight:
The Thing is by Ellen Bass
love life, to love it even
when you have no stomach for it
and everything you’ve held dear
crumbles like burnt paper in your hands,
your throat filled with the silt of it.
When grief sits with you, its tropical heat
thickening the air, heavy as water
more fit for gills than lungs;
when grief weights you down like your own flesh
only more of it, an obesity of grief,
you think, How can a body withstand this?
Then you hold life like a face
between your palms, a plain face,
no charming smile, no violet eyes,
and you say, yes, I will take you
I will love you, again.
See you on the dance floor
What Buddha said, “You can search throughout the entire universe for someone who is more deserving of your love and affection than you are yourself, and that person is not to be found anywhere. You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.”
Dance your love on Tuesday nights at 7:00.🥰
“There are two fundamental truths: one, that in order to evolve and grow, we must be prepared to face the erosive aspects of life.
Two, it’s the weathering that creates the finest landscape of our lives, shaping us and defining us over time.” Ruth Allen
Methuselah, a Great Basin bristlecone pine (Pinus longaeva) in California's White Mountains, is estimated to be 4,700–4,856 years old, making it the oldest known living non-clonal organism.

Jon Kabat-Zinn ~ The dance floor will be open for you tomorrow night at 7:00.
Dancing in Santa Fe anyone? I will be facilitating Embody Dance this Thursday. The Railrunner is a nice option for traveling out and back.
Reminder - you can always dance on Christmas Eve. 🎀
When we approach with reverence, great things decide to approach us. Our real life comes to the surface and its light awakens the concealed beauty in things. When we walk on the earth with reverence, beauty will decide to trust us. The rushed heart and arrogant mind lack the gentleness and patience to enter that embrace.
John O'Donohue
Yes we are dancing on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Woo hoo, let's have some fun on the dance floor.
This was mentioned in the closing circle this evening. Enjoy
