Your Journey Starts Here: 200hr Yoga Teacher Training!

Dreaming of deepening your yoga practice and sharing the gift of yoga with others? Our 200hr Yoga Alliance approved Teacher Training is more than just a certification - it is a transformational experience of growth, connection and self-discovery.

This program runs from April 2025 to November 2025, meeting just one weekend a month, making it accessible for everyone-whether you're balancing work, family, or other commitments. Over the course of these weekends, you'll gain comprehensive certifications in Hot Yoga and Room Temp Yoga with the option to specialize in Chair Yoga or Hot Shakti Yoga. You'll also receive a Reiki I certification, adding another layer of healing to your toolbox.

But this training isn't all about the certifications-it's a sacred journey. Together, we'll participate in a sacred temazcal, a practice of purification and renewal that will leave you grounded and inspired. And because we believe yoga is for everyone, we're proud to offer one FULL SCHOLARSHIP to ensure this life changing experience is accessible to all.
