With kids now being home, we're spending a lot more time with them. We might be seeing some behaviors we don't quite understand.

The Know Your Child workshop does a root cause analysis of common children behaviors. We cover both aspects - how we can teach kids and what we can learn from kids.

In this online, live, workshop:
- learn the 3F formula for effective discipline
- learn the PEACE formula for having greater peace at home
- experience greater connection with your children

This workshop is presented by Vivek Gulati, PhD. Vivek is an engineer by profession. He has a PhD from Texas A&M and works for Fitbit. Over the past 15 years, he has volunteered thousands of hours organizing and teaching meditation through the Art of Living. He is known for his fresh perspectives on parenting. He lives in Albuquerque with his wife, their 7 year old son and their white lab.
