AAT’s team philosophy and program is designed to put the athletes in a position to be successful in the local meets, the USATF-sponsored State, Regional and National Junior Olympic Championship Meets. A family environment is maintained and parents are encouraged to work out while their athletes train. Participating in track & field and cross-country is a lot of fun and an activity for the whole family. One of our goals is to make running a life style for your athlete and the whole family. When your athlete grows up to be your age we hope they will look back on their experiences with fond memories, and will want their children to enjoy and have the same experiences and life style.
