Carlson Gracie Albuquerque / Coyote Team had the honor of teaching a seminar in Prado, Bahia 🇧🇷🥋
The seminar was taught by Master Daniel “Coyote” Souza alongside multiple time IBJJF champions Professora Gabriela Souza and Coach Sarah Souza for both kids and adults classes.
(First seminar for Profesora Gabriela and Coach Sarah)
We want to give a huge thank you to Profesora Luiza and Coach Arthur for the incredible hospitality, kindness, and respect shown to our team during our time there.
Their academy was extremely organized, and full of positive energy. One of the most impressive parts of the visit was seeing how disciplined, respectful, and well-behaved the children were on and off the mats. It was beautiful to witness the environment and culture they are building through Jiu-Jitsu.
Thank you Prado, Bahia for welcoming our team with open arms. 🇧🇷 📸

A strong female team changes everything. 🩷
When little girls walk into our academy, they don’t just see women training… they see mothers, coaches, competitors, leaders, survivors, athletes, and mentors standing beside them.
They learn that strength and femininity can coexist.
That confidence is earned.
That discipline creates growth.
That their voice matters.
And that they belong on these mats too.
For many girls, having strong female role models in martial arts changes the way they carry themselves forever.
We are incredibly proud of the environment our women help create every single day at Carlson Gracie Albuquerque / Coyote Team. 🥋🫶🏼

Carlson Gracie Coyote Team ABQ proudly donated over 100 gis and rashguards to a Jiu-Jitsu social project in Prado, Brazil. 🇧🇷🥋
The donations were delivered during seminars with Master , alongside Professora .souza85 , Coach’s , .coyotebjj , and student .jitsu .
Years ago, Master Daniel helped start a social project in the area, which now continues under Professors and . As the program grew, so did the need for uniforms — and our team came together to help.
Seeing students in Prado wearing gis and rashguards that traveled all the way from Albuquerque brought us so much happiness.
Both the kids and adults seminars went amazing. The students practiced their English, asked questions, and showed so much love and appreciation. You can truly feel the passion and community they’ve built through Jiu-Jitsu.
Students even lined up to have their belts and gis signed by Master Souza. An unforgettable experience for all of us. ❤️
