🤯Are you sick of the phrase Morning Routine? For whatever reason you hear this and think, “great, here we go, another generic basic Becky formula for accomplishing my goals.”
Guess what babe, call it what you want but the power of a “Morning Routine” exists in the RITUALS THAT YOU DO CONSISTENTLY.
You can do your rituals throughout your day but CONSISTENCY IS KEY. It’s not about checking a box (although I love checking a box☑️)
⚡️It’s about the FAITH YOU HAVE IN YOURSELF.
⚡️It’s about believing in yourself and KNOWING YOUR SELF WORTH.
The rituals you do help to reinforce this faith and belief. Some days you might feel resistance around the rituals that normally make you feel inspired. THAT IS OKAY!
In fact, this is where the true magic happens. In these moments of doubt and uncertainty when you feel like “why the heck am I doing this anyways”, you have the opportunity to FLIP THE SWITCH. You get to hold the faith even when the world feels like it is against you. The world is not against you, it is 💥YOU AGAINST YOU.
In these moments where you feel like you want to give up, pause. Take time to explore why you feel this way and notice that almost 💯 of the time the answer boils down to fear.
Are you ready for this?
✨Fear is your guiding light. Fear is your sign that you are on the right path. Feel the fear and do it anyways.
Are you ready to get crystal clear on what you want and understand what it takes to go after your dreams?
1️⃣Believe in yourself
2️⃣Create structure and implement rituals throughout your day
3️⃣Live your life in the present moment and trust what you desire is already on the way
