Just because ICWA/Big Barn is closed In the evening of labor Day doesn't mean that you don't have workout options...Canteen Brewhouse & Heart & Sole Sports bring you the first run of The Six Pack Series! Here's the Skinny on the 5K Run... The series starts on September 3rd. Registration begins at 5:30, run at 6:30pm • Six runs throughout the year scheduled every two months • Registration Fee is $5 per event or $25 for the entire series. • $1 of each reg goes to Running Medicine. • Every participant that runs all 6 will get a completion T-Shirt. • Distances may vary • Days of the week and times will vary. • Runs will be alternated between the two Canteen Brewhouse locations. • Canteen will sample their beers with runners after the run. Howdy ICWA! It's Full Moon Run time again. You are always invited to Heart & Sole's monthly event for a great run or walk in the moonlight. Free and fun and solid cardio in a 20 minute out and back along the Bosque path. Snacks and raffles follow. So, rack the weights for a day and join in! We'd love to see you.

[05/30/20]   WE ARE BACK!!!

Doors will be open once again on Monday June 1, 2020. We are extremely excited to see all of you and bring the community back together under our roof.

The facility will have its normal open hours 5:30am-7:30pm so please come and train when you can.

For you Strength and Conditioning members, we will provide coaching support for you Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:30am and 12pm. Again, feel free to come at anytime to get your workout in. The workout will be written on the chalk board. Monday, Day 1, will be the start of Phase 1 - Stabilization.

Individual training and services will resume as normal. Please reach out to the office or your coach to continue your training or if you’re interested in starting an individual program.
