Got to get this ol V10 back into shape with a new rear rim, tires and some orange matchy bits to compliment the shock. Even the tires have that little orange stripe.

Well he’s been out exploring new dirt and getting acquainted with nature but he says he needs more tire and less tube, say no more.

We got them stock wheels taped up and he gave me some of his older tires from another bike and BAM💥 ! He’s rolling on some beefy and supple 42c tires with room to spare. He’s also made some nice upgrades from his part bin with some actual wide bars and a trail bell so you know he’s coming up behind you, like in tonight’s alleycat being put in by

Loving these new 4130 “Tracklocross” I guess I don’t know, they didn’t really give ‘em a new name. Wondering if they’re gonna phase out the skinny tire models with this version here.

More worms in this can🤦🏿‍♀️The customer before bringing it to me tried removing the cranks with a hammer. He was successful in getting the non drive off but not so much with drive side. He also messed up the threads which didn’t allow my crank puller to thread in so had to use other methods💪🏿🛠. The notches on the BB were also marred up pretty good but was able to get enough grip after I hammered it into place. More shenanigans to come on this for sure @ Fixed and Free Bike Shop

I was not looking forward to working on this bike as a whole but this is how it starts😤

Stoked on bikes and even more stoked when the customers are too. I think I love working on them and making people enjoy their bikes more than I like riding them.

Was in Phoenix a couple weekends ago and stumbled upon bike shop. They had a cool setup and some neat rare bikes on their walls. I would’ve probably hung out longer and taken more pictures but nobody seem to even pay any attention to me until I was leaving. @ The Velo

Luckily they didn’t take much but they did take a customers DiamondBack Ascent with a shredded rear tire, a Cannondale CAAD2 with a black and white faded paint job(couldn’t find a pic with that paint ) and a FreeAgent Eluder BMX.
