As a Rush Club, you have a LOT of resources at your fingertips at NO additional cost. One of those resources is CAP University.

This Fall marks the beginning of the Grade Level Courses that will keep each player on track for the college search process. The goal is to get all high school students enrolled in CAP University to help with the college search process.

This Sunday marks the start for the Junior Class. We highly recommend that you join the first call, they will be walking you through how to get on CAP University and start your junior year off on the right foot. These calls are not recorded. You can register at RushCollege.com/juniorYear

The Center will be hosting a ref workshop on Monday, Sept 4 from noon to 5 p.m. Refs will leave with their certification.

Thanks to donations from the New Mexico Rush and Rio Rapids Soccer Club, youth refs will leave with a free kit!!!!

We want to congratulate NM Rush Director Dillon Nino on his new position at Fort Lewis College!

Nino was our U13-19B Director & ECNL Director for the club the last 4 years.

Dillon Nino mentored under NM Rush Technical Director, Justin Sells for a 1/2 a year before taking a full-time position in the club in 2019.

While with NM Rush Coach Nino completed his USSF D and C licenses, worked in the NMYSA ODP program, was awarded the 2021 NMYSA Competitive Coach of the Year and USYS National Competitive Coach of the year. NM Rush Technical Director, Justin Sells stated

“Nino has done a fantastic job developing his craft as a youth soccer coach over the last 3 to 4 years. I believe he will be a great asset to the men’s soccer program, staff and facility at Fort Lewis College.”

This fall at Fort Lewis College, Dillon will have the opportunity to coach various former NM Rush players including; Gabe Legendre, Michael Wissman, Kaden Schufft, Keegan Monnheimer, Evan Kowalski and Andres Monge. Patrick Schmittdiel will take over as NM Rush’s U9-19B Director & ECNL Director for the 2023-24 season.

New Mexico Rush alumni, Alex Waggoner scores a massive goal for New Mexico United vs. Detroit. Congrats! Go NMU and go NM Rush!

Congrats to all our NM Rush teams who competed over the last month!

Our 06 Boys made it to the quarterfinals of USYS regionals and our 04/05 Girls finished in the semi-finals🙌

Our 08 Girls had an awesome run at the DPL National Finals in Cincinnati along with our 08 Boys who had a great set of games in the ECNL Playoffs in Greensboro!

Awesome job to all our teams and looking forward to a great rest of the summer!

Wish our NM Rush 04/05G DPL and coach Macias good luck in their U19G USYS Far West Regional semifinals tomorrow vs. ID Rush 04/05G.

New Mexico has had a strong showing at the 2023 USYS Far West Regional Championships! We have had 5 teams advance to quarterfinals (U14 Guadalajara Boys, U14 NMSA Boys, U15 NMSA Boys & the U16 Rush Boys) and tomorrow the U19 Rush Girls compete in the Semifinals! Congratulations to all and job well done! Best of luck to the Rush Girls tomorrow!!

Along with the DPL National Finals we are happy to announce that Kasey Sandoval from the New Mexico Rush has been selected to play in the DPL All-Star Selection Game for the 08 Girls team!

This is such a huge accomplishment and wish Kasey the best of luck as a DPL All-Star!
