Join us for our Full Moon Sound bath tomorrow, Friday, 1st May from 5:30-7pm with 2 practitioners to double the vibrations and bliss. You may relax in the hammocks, or bring your pillow and blankets if you prefer the floor. We do ask that every one wear clean socks in the studio.
It is $60 for a single drop-in, advance reservation required due to limited hammocks.
Sound Baths are meant to help one relax, destress and improve deep sleep delta wave zone. Snoring and sleeping are highly welcomed 💤

Learning how to offer powerful sound journeys is so much more than having fancy instruments.
It’s about letting your breath become the pulse of the room. Feeling completely regulated in a quiet room full of people. Allowing your breath and body to be a clear channel for sound to move through you. Noticing where sound wants to take you, and learning to trust that instinct. Learning how to feel completely comfortable taking up space.

An experiential, embodied introduction to sound healing. Learn to attune your body to sound and your environment, get hands-on time with crystal bowls and gongs, and receive a full sound healing yourself.
