Thank you for hosting a great event last weekend. Our guys had a great experience and got to play some good baseball. That's a wrap on the Summer/Fall season for our HS athletes.

COACHES PROFILE • -Head Hitting Coach
After an amazing high school career at Albuquerque Academy where Max originally committed to play baseball at Oklahoma State University, Max was a 2nd round pick out of high school in the 2009 MLB Draft and played professional baseball in the minor leagues for the Milwaukee Brewers from 2009-2014. He was an outfielder for 5 years, then was converted to a pitcher in 2014. After being released by the Brewers at the end of 2014, he opted out of signing various one year contract offers from other teams, deciding to hang up the spikes to begin life after baseball.
In his full-time career, Max works in Business & Program Development at Sandia National Laboratories. Previously, max worked as a lead Genius and Manager at Apple inc. from 2015-2021 while going to school full time. He received his Bachelors degree in Economics and Masters degree in Business, both Summa Cum Laude from the University of New Mexico.
In his free time, Max is an amazing husband and father to his wife and beautiful two young daughters.
Max is HD’s head hitting coach as well as spending time on the field with all of our teams.
