Master Trainer Rich O'Conner has a degree in Exercise Physiology. He's been a strength coach at Boston University, has many certifications from USA Olympic Weightlifting, National Academy of Sports Medicine, National Strength and Conditioning Association, practices martial arts and functional movement and he mountain bikes. I recently became a GMB Certified Trainer!
I have been certified by many fitness organizations (NSCA, NASM, USA Weightlifting) and this was by far the most rewarding. It was a ton of fun to go through the Apprenticeship process, a whole lot of work and I learned a lot more than I expected. I love sharing the work with my tribe!
