Shifting Sands Dojo is a school of martial philosophy teaching the arts of Self Defense, Grappling, and Kickboxing to all ages.
Michael started his training in a traditional Hapkido program in 1995. In 1998 he moved to a grappling/kickboxing school and studied under Greg Jackson for two years. After that Michael studied Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and kickboxing with Chris Ballard at Champions Martial Arts. For the past four years Michael has been teaching and passing on the joy of martial arts to students of all ages. For the last three years he has bee the After School Martial Arts Instructor at Monte Vista Elementary.
Martial Arts tonight from 540 - 630. UNM Grad Workers Union Hall. They finish a meetings at 530 and we'll start once the hall is cleared.

Monday Night Martial Arts Returns! We are back from our winter break and ready to start hustling. This Monday, 530-630 UNM graduation workers union on Monte Vista. Be there!
