Allison has been CRUSHING IT! Allison finished a lobo triathlon (WOW), and has had incredible improvement in her overall stability and she also has had decreased ankle pain which we are super excited about!

First, Paige has been doing amazing regaining her strength post acl tear. She also can do a crow pose, which is AMAZING!! She works hard and is so determined.
We also have Vicki! Vicki has been working hard and crushing her goals with the help of Coach Brendan. She has regained/gained strength and overcame some road blocks!

Gabriel got SEVEN 1st place swims, and he was the overall 10 and under state champion!

Congratulations to our incredible athletes Jordan, Krishna, and Sahil! They swam in the New Mexico State Swim Competition this past weekend and did amazing.
Jordan, as a freshman, got 6th in 100 fly, 14th in 200 free; and 3rd in the 400 free.
Krishna, as a sophomore, got 3rd and 5th individually in his events and both of his relays for 2nd.
Sahil, as a junior, got 3rd in the 100 fly, and 4th in the 100 back.
We are so proud of the three of you and cannot wait to see the great things you all do. Keep up the hard work 🎉🙌🏻💪🏼

This weeks BRIGHT SPOT goes to our girl, Ellie! Ellie just won 1st place in her age group for the Santa Fe SnowShoe Classic. The race was a 6K and she absolutely crushed it. She has been training with our amazing coach, Nate.
“The Santa Fe Snowshoe Classic is always a time to gather friends together and cheer each other on. Last year, the race was virtual so I hiked the course with my husband and friend’s. This year was the first year I did the race while training at Performance Ranch. If memory serves me correctly, I PR’d the course this year and came in 1st in my AG! I felt so much stronger and was able to run when I could and hike quickly up the slopes. Nate’s training has been invaluable for all the events I have participated in. He knows what is coming up for me and he tweaks my workout to get me stronger in each event. I am able to recover much more quickly than before Performance Ranch.”
