She’s been saying her clothes fit better. I can personally tell that her stamina/endurance has improved from what I notice when she does her conditioning. She was already confident coming into the gym but her confidence has also improved. She always comes in with a smile on her face ready to work, even in the dark and early mornings when everyone is tired.” -Bryan

Krista likes that the Perfromance Ranch has continual education and learning opportunities. Krista is working on two Master’s degrees, Masters in science in coaching and exercise science also Masters in arts of counseling. Allison came to me from a referral from her PT. I specialize in pregnancy and postpartum athleticism and we focused our training on corrective exercise, with the goal of working on engaging the core and
pelvic floor under load, and shoulder and ankle stability and mobility and stability. She's improved so much in the short time we've been working together and got third place in her first triathalon since
before being pregnant! Here are some questions we had for Allison.

Why did you join us?
Rebuild strength postpartum

What's been your biggest accomplishment since joining us?
Completed first race postpartum last weekend.

Deciding next season's goals, not sure yet.

Check out the new bike Jersey’s

The new cycling kit and workout gear design is sentimental to owner and co-founder Lawrence Herrera. Lawrence grew up on the Nambe Pueblo Indian reservation in Northern New Mexico. He was immersed in the culture and heritage since he was a little boy. He even participated in annual rituals most of his school aged years.

The pottery symbols on the jersey have deep history with Lawrence. They represent the mountain, rivers and streams, peace, eagle feather and forging new tracks

She just completed the first athlete camp with Coach Bryan and recently tested her 2 mile distance which went from 17:33 to 14:35, a 3 minute difference!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Addy joined Performance Ranch to become a better athlete and the biggest accomplishment according to her so far is "I’ve got guns! My arms are getting stronger and noticeable." She has also noticed that her legs have gotten stronger which will help in soccer and running.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Addy's favorite memory currently at Performance Ranch has been Coach Bryan racing all the summer camp athletes on a field in his Birkenstocks! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
