We know we don’t post much on here, but it felt needed.

We cannot believe we opened our doors 5 years ago! When our little gym started-our kids spent hours in the “kid room” because they were too little to stay home alone. Now they are working out next to our members. 💪🏼

We are forever grateful for the support from our family, friends, members, and village who have helped us get this far. Here is to 2025, setting goals and crushing them!

Yes, we’re “hosting” the Murph again this year, our 4th year doing so. This is very informal, and more just to support a great cause than an actual event. This is not an organized group activity or anything like that. Just us opening the gym up to anyone who wants to stop by. You can do the actual Murph workout, a variation of it, or any other workout you’d like. Or you can just swing by to say hi.

We’re going to do it a little earlier this year, since we know most people have other plans to get to on Memorial Day. The gym will be open from 8-10:30AM(ish) for anyone who wants to come by. Instead of burgers and dogs, this year I’ll have eggs, bacon, and sausage. 🍳🥓

Hosting our 3rd consecutive Murph tomorrow. Not a big push this year, but we doin’ it. 🤙🏻

Gym will be open and free for anyone from 9 to noon. Come do the Murph workout on your own, or any other workout you’d like. There will not be any organized group session or workout of any kind, it’s completely on your own and self paced. 💯

With the gorgeous new Cerakote that arrived today, I had to get off my ass and replace the UHMW plastic in these j-cups that had worn down to the metal. Gotta protect that sexy (and expensive) coating. It’s an absolute joke that these sell for what they do and that does not sell the replacement inserts. 🤬 Not to mention that my original j-cups from them which are over a year older than these two pairs still have plenty of meat on them, which means Titan switched to a much cheaper/softer plastic. Weak sauce. Lame. 🙄

Any who, I digress. I purchased a sheet of UHMW plastic and cut out my own. Was a PITA and came out like s**t, but they will function. 🤙🏻

If anyone knows someone who works with and/or fabricates plastic (at like a legit machine shop with industrial equipment), I have enough of the plastic left over for a few more to be cut. Let me know. 🙂
