Mabon—the Autumn Equinox—marks a sacred moment of balance between day and night, light and darkness, sun and moon. It celebrates the final harvest of summer’s bounty as the warmth begins to wane and we welcome the longer nights ahead.

As Lauren enjoys her maternity leave, we’re excited to share that Amanda will be taking over these beloved classes at The Yoga Mix Maryville!

Beginning this week:
🩵 Lauren’s Ashtanga Mix classes will transition to Slow Power with Amanda.

🗓 Join Amanda on the mat:

Amanda will bring her own signature style to these classes while continuing to offer the strong, mindful movement our community loves. Whether you’re a regular or have been thinking about trying a Slow Power class, now is the perfect time to jump in!

As many of you know, Lauren will soon be welcoming her baby boy, which means we only have about two more weeks to enjoy her incredible classes before she begins her well-deserved maternity leave.
