Lindsay Fox Training @ Aldie Equestrian Center LLC in Aldie is seeking part time employee.
This can be a paid position OR a working student position in exchange for lessons/ride time. This is a long term position; not looking for someone with temporary availability.
Candidate must be self sufficient, dependable, comfortable with all level of horses and ideally have a strong hunter/jumper or eventing background. No beginners!
Options available
*Saturday mornings 6:30am til 9:30am
*Sunday mornings 6:30am til 9:30am
*Sunday afternoons 1pm til 6pm
*Possibly 1 weekday option
(Employee is not required to work all of these shifts)
Duties include grooming, cleaning tack, pulling manes (if experienced in doing it), organzing, filling water buckets, changing blankets in the winter, as well as bringing in horses/turning out horses Lindsay owns. MUST have experience in these areas.
NO interaction with client owned horses. Duties are with horses Lindsay Fox owns only.
*Riding opportunities are not available as part of this position unless working is in exchange for lessons/ride time. The paid position does not offer riding options.
The position is available to adults or mature teens.
