A lot of people struggle with nutrition because they don’t know what different types of foods are actually doing inside their body.
Protein isn’t just for building muscle. It controls hunger, supports recovery, and helps preserve lean tissue when life, diet, and especially stress try to strip it away.
Carbohydrates aren’t always the enemy either. They are fuel for performance, training intensity, and focus, Remove them completely and eventually your energy, strength, and drive crash with them.
Fats are the foundation of hormone production. And once you get older, that matters even more. Your hormones influence your energy, recovery, mood, metabolism, and body composition.
When all three are balanced correctly, the body performs the way it was designed to.
When one is neglected, you feel the consequences.
This is why random eating creates random results. Precision changes everything!

Man, I’m so proud of these boys. They’ve been with me since the beginning and the growth I’ve seen in them is unmatched. Texas Tech and Arkansas are getting some fine young men in the fall! Go be great, Cavan and Brady!

Thank you.
Thank you for believing in what we were building when it would have been easier not to. Thank you for showing up every day with toughness, pride, and commitment to something bigger than yourselves.
You helped turn this program around.
The wins on Friday nights mattered, but what mattered even more was the culture you created. You chose to live out our three pillars every single day:
STRAIN — You worked when nobody was watching. You pushed through adversity, hard practices, and difficult moments without backing down.
STANDARD — You raised the expectation for what Brewer Football should look like. You held yourselves and your teammates accountable, and because of that, the program is stronger today than it was before you arrived.
WIN — You taught everyone in this program that winning is more than a scoreboard. Winning is discipline, brotherhood, sacrifice, and doing things the right way every day.
Your legacy will not just be measured in games won, but in the foundation you laid for the players coming behind you. Future Brewer teams will benefit from the standard you set.
We are proud of the men you have become, and we are grateful you chose to leave this program better than you found it.
