We are a couple of ultra running mamas in the neighborhood who want to get kids outside and teach them the fundamentals of running both roads and trails. What an awesome second Sunday Bearcub run!! The girls showed up ready to go! We got warmed up, learned about trail etiquette and then got to work!! 3 to 3.5 miles for each of them🙌🏼
So proud of them and so thankful to have the opportunity to show them the joys of the trail!
