I swear this was perfectly timed by accident. 💀🍑

Just another normal day at Asylum.

Frankie bringing a little Asylum Jiu Jitsu to the PGF Qualifier. 🔥

Nothing better than watching one of our guys hit a signature Asylum submission on the competition stage.

We drill it. We train it. We hit it when it counts.

Proud of you, Frankie. 🤘

Getting out of back control isn’t always about being faster or stronger.

Sometimes it’s about understanding where you need to move and creating the right space.

Here’s one of my favorite ways to escape the back when someone knows what they’re doing.

Give it a try and let me know what you think. 🤙

Not all submissions are created equal. 😂

A few are trash. Some are alright. And then we start getting into the good stuff.

I stand by every reaction.

What would you move?

Part 1.

It doesn’t look like much.

But the little details are usually the ones that keep you alive.

We drill this defense at Asylum all the time. 🧠🥋

Turns out I’m also a really good Judo coach.

“Throw him a whole bunch of times.”

Kevan throws him

You’re welcome.

This was the first ever judo match in a cage Apex Grappling Series 🔥🥋
