The fitness center where the CACC athletes come to train is open to the public with month-to-month memberships. Auto-draft options are also available.
We have tons of machines, free weights and accessories to help achieve your fitness goals.New and different training classes are always being added and altered per requests. There are personal trainers all specializing in different areas willing to help. We have full locker rooms with showers that are sanitized weekly. I am a personal trainer, yoga instructor and massage therapist available Tuesday-Thursday and on call.

Inspiration that is much needed sometimes. I can't tell you how many women tell me they can't do a push up. One day at a time...
Zumba will be Wednesday and Thursday nights at 6pm starting this month! Request different class days now, if we have 10 participants they will come 😊 invite your friends and join the fun.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11am to 6pm I am available for Kickstart training. Please keep in mind there are 150 of you and only one me. I'm trying to make sure everyone is caught up but I'm sure there's someone who isn't. Please reach out to me so we can get you on track.
