The Story Behind the Costume🤍

Many know that I have enjoyed making several of my trick riding costumes, but this one holds a special place in my heart. I chose denim and lace because it had a sort of vintage feel. The lace is from one of my great-grandmothers tablecloths, and it fit my vision for this costume perfectly. I got the base of the costume done, but I knew it was missing something. The pearls were an idea from a good friend of mine and it was exactly what I needed. The story behind this costume has turned it into one of my favorite ones I've made!

WOW, what a weekend! Two nights of great rodeo at the Grant County Fair!
A big thank you to Mr. Matt Palmer the voice of the rodeo and Mr. Shawn "Boom Boom" Thompson who always puts on a great show!
I was very excited to share the dirt with the Grant Co. Rodeo queens and the reigning Teen Miss Crossett PRCA Rodeo, Charlie Jo Fletcher!
I want to give the biggest thank you to everyone involved with putting on the rodeo. Ya'll did an incredible job, and I appreciate all of you.

I am excited to announce that I was featured as the September 2026 Youth of the Month with 501 LIFE Magazine
