Hello everyone! Here is an updated Group Fitness Class Schedule. We look forward to adding some classes back onto the schedule in a few weeks.

Class update: 7/14:
8:30-9:15 Low impact/strength combined
9:15-9:45 Silver Sneakers class

Pure core at 8:30 is canceled this morning!

7/7: Our mommy & me class held at 4PM will be canceled today!
