relocated this gym to Starbuck, MN. I opened a second gym in Brooten, MN in 1997 and a third one in Melrose, MN in 1999. I Left Tae Kwon Do in 2002, when I relocated to Southern Minnesota for work and turned the gyms over to Master Kevin. I then relocated to Northern Minnesota and trained sporadically, as my work load allowed, in Thief River Falls MN, from 2010 to 2017. I resumed full time Tae Kwon Do training In 2017 here in Alexandria. I passed the 4th Degree Master test on February 2nd, 2019. I received my First Degree black belt in Hapkido on August 11th, 2000. I received Second Degree black belt in Hapkido on April 1st, 2018 and received Third Degree black belt on July 1st 2020. I started training in Kumdo on April 4th, 1998. I am currently training with Master Myung Min of the Sung Moo Kumdo Academy, currently learning the art of SilJun DoBup which is the art of drawing and cutting with the sword.
