📍My routine when I go into the gym:
-5 min warm up on treadmill
-warm up for the body part/parts I’m working out that day
-workout routine for specific body parts
-15-25 mins jog on treadmill
-abs
-foam roll/ stretch
-sauna for 10-15 mins (if that gym has a sauna)
*not every single day looks like this depending on where I am at and how much time I have, but most days do!🫶🏼

Life with you keeps getting better. Experiences keep getting better. Endless sleepovers from here on out. Animals keep filling up our bed (which mean less cuddles😭) but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Doing life is easy with you, and I’m extremely blessed.
