I’ve been going hard for a while, both physically (shoutout OTF!) and mentally with a *very* full and overwhelming schedule right now.
But I fell on my knee at my son’s baseball game last Saturday and while it has improved a bit, I’m in no way ready to do anything high impact.
So this morning called for fresh air, a meandering 40-minute walk, and Starbucks pickup on the return route to get ready for work.
