🔥 Cap City 2023 Recap 🏋️♂️
What a blast at the Cap City Open in Alexandria, Virginia! Our team had five amazing competitors, including ✌️ first-time lifters making their debut. With 3️⃣ six for six performances, we achieved an impressive 93% success rate!💪

Pushups are great for working the muscles of the chest. Here are some tips to make the most of this exercise to get the maximum benefit.
1️⃣ Keep your head looking straight at the ground from start to finish.
2️⃣ Keep your core braced.
3️⃣ Maintain a straight line with your body from your head to your ankles.

This month Wellbuilt Strength celebrates our second anniversary!
We opened our doors in March 2020, just a few weeks before the pandemic shutdown. Our first year was extremely stressful, but we persevered and continue to thrive today. We are very grateful for our community of clients whose support was instrumental in our success.
We look forward to expanding our community and are excited for what our future holds!
