This weekend is Counselor-in-Training (CIT) boot camp! Every year around Memorial Day, new CITs gather to take a crash course in all things instructing. They learn to fine-tune their sailing skills, work together as a team, learn about risk management, and change their perspective from that of a student to that of an instructor. We’re super excited about this year‘s class and we can’t wait to see what they accomplish!
