Registration is open for our fall Women's Self-Defense & Empowerment series! 🥋
Four Saturday mornings starting September 12. No experience needed — you'll learn real strikes in the very first class, then build on it each week: grab releases, escaping a hold from behind, and a scenario night where it all comes together.
Small group (15 max). Open to women 18+, and girls 13+ with a registered parent or guardian — a great option if you've been looking for something to do with a daughter.
