This August, I’m opening up small-group infield sessions designed to help young players become more confident, fundamentally sound defenders. Every player will get hands-on instruction with plenty of individual attention.

⚾ Every Monday in August
👦 Ages 6–12
⏰ Group 1: 4:00–5:00 PM
⏰ Group 2: 5:00–6:00 PM
👥 Only 5 players per session
💲 $35 per player

We’ll cover:
✅ Footwork
✅ Glove work
✅ Throwing mechanics
✅ Double plays
✅ Baseball IQ
✅ Game-speed repetitions

We are excited to officially announce our 2026–2027 roster. This group is full of talented young athletes who have earned the opportunity to represent Barnes Academy at the highest level.

To every player and family, thank you for trusting our program. The work starts now. We aren’t chasing trophies—we’re chasing development, accountability, and the opportunity to compete against the best. Barnes Academy will be holding 10U Major and 11U Major tryouts on Wednesday, July 16 at Ward 10 High Field.

🕠 10U Majors: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
🕡 11U Majors: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

If you’re looking for an organization that prioritizes development, accountability, and competing against the best, this is your chance. We don’t chase easy weekends—we prepare players to compete at the highest level and help them reach their full potential.

Whether you’ve played with Barnes Academy before or you’re looking for a new opportunity, we encourage you to come compete for a roster spot.

As our Summer Camp comes to an end, we just want to say thank you. We are incredibly blessed to have so many amazing kids join us each summer.

Our T-Ball group was so fun and funny and our older group all left as champions. this is such a awesome feeling.

A huge thank you to all of the All-Star teams that trusted us with your players, and to all of our travel ball families as we get ready for the World Series. Your support means everything to us.

From Lake Charles to Natchitoches, and everywhere in between, thank you for believing in Barnes Academy. We couldn’t do it without this amazing community. We can’t wait to see everyone back on the field soon! ⚾️❤️
