Want to give a huge shoutout to a couple members of our Cross Country team! Today Austin Siebeneicher, Kaylee Siebeneicher, and Channing Diaz were announced as members of the All-Cenla XC teams! Austin and Kaylee were named to 1st team and Channing was named to 3rd team. Only 21 runners from the entire CENLA area are picked for this honor, and we are super proud of these runners for being selected! Awesome job and GEAUX EAGLES!!! 🏆🎉👏💪🔥

Hey Everyone!!! I want to give a huge SHOUTOUT to Sophomore JJ Knoll! Today at practice she set a new SCHOOL RECORD for her 40m fly with a time of 4.83 seconds!!! That is a speed of 18.53 mph!!!! Earlier this week she hit 19.28 mph on her 20m fly, AND she is a mere .05 sec from breaking the 50m fly record (currently held by a 100m state champion, if you need a point of reference!) The entire team had an incredible week at practice with 43 new PRs being set throughout the week! Congrats to JJ, and all the incredible work the Eagles are putting in!

Congrats to CARSON NAALBANDIAN!!! At his first indoor meet ever, and after only having picked up a shot a month ago, he has set the HSM indoor SCHOOL RECORD for the Shot Put on his final throw of the competition!

DASH THE HALLS!! Had an awesome workout up in the halls of HSM this morning, trying to stay out of the wind and cold! These athletes are all in getting ready for the season!!!

Is he FAST!?!?! He's quicker than an LSU Fans patience with a coach!!! Carson Arbour hit the fastest time recorded by laser I have ever seen today with an average of 21.47 MPH over a 50 meter fly! 5.23 seconds! If you're not sure how fast that is... just consider that they would take him to jail for speeding in a school zone with that one!!! So proud of the these athletes with the work they are putting in early in the season for track this year! We have had some HUGE PRs this week from all levels of the HSM team, from seniors to 7th graders the Eagles are putting in that work! Can't wait to see how this year turns out!

Hey Everyone! I am so excited to say that we have started preparing for the 2026 season and have SO much to be excited about! Both our JH and High School track and field athletes are fired up and ready to go! Even in the first of couple weeks we have already had some really impressive improvements by our returning team members, including the setting of a new RECORD for the 40m fly at practice with a 4.39 by Carson Arbour (20.38 mph), and some rookies that are showing that they are going to make an impact for the Eagles in the years to come! Make sure that you stay tuned for all the excitement of the year, with the Indoor season beginning on January 10th at LSU!
