Thank you for this AWE-some workshop on The Science of AWE as it relates to art. We got to know Georgia O’Keefe’s work A Black Bird with Snow-Covered Red Hills (1946) in a truly deep and “ awe filled “ way. We left inspired to add more AWE to our lives.

2015 ! This is what I looked like the year I started Ease Yoga Cafe. Full of dreams and sooooo much energy. These dreams launched my life in such a beautiful direction. So many amazing people I have met along the way. ✨💗🙏🏽. Grateful for the journey.

Thank you to and for creating such a beautiful event yesterday. The provided an incredible space to lay back and take in the healing vibrations. Thank you to my Hubbie for making the day so special. We gave our kids wings. They are strong and resilient and they have all flown.
