Posted • I am so honored that Dawn and her classes are a part of Laura’s Movement Lab. She has gone from a longtime student, to friend, to incredible Pilates teacher. Everyone who takes her classes message me about what a great teacher she is, and how her classes rival (or exceed) mine! And every time I take her class I am cursing her name 😂 Don’t let her nice and sweet exterior fool you, she will kick your butt. 💪🏼😈 Her classes are an excellent addition to the site and give you even more variety.
