My pre-school teacher Ebony lost 10lbs and drop 2 dress sizes in 2 months.
Had to share this transformation just to show you what’s possible when you are consistent with your fitness journey.
Before signing up to work with me, Ebony struggled with her nutrition and workouts as a busy teacher while teaching and investing in tomorrow’s future.

She said "she feels like she is treading water, and just trying to stay afloat."
At first I laughed and said "Me too".

But, I quickly reassured her that as long as she is giving forth her best effort then that's all that matters.
Sometimes the journey is a little rocky and unsteady. But as long as you keep showing up and never give up on you that's what really matter.
If it was easy everyone would be doing it, instead you have people sitting on their asses trying to find the "QUICK FIX".
But, keep working, one foot in front of the other, and keep trying. You are doing this for you and maybe for a tiny person watching your every move.

You don't have to over complicate things, it's pretty simple.
This is definitely pretty simple especially if you are starting out.
All you have to do is pick a couple exercises and do them for a period of time.
What to do:
Pick 1 or 2 cardio exercises
Pick 1 or 2 core exercises
Pick 1 Upper body exercise
