Come check it out…Wednesdays and Fridays 5:00-6:30 pm. They work hard and have fun at the same time. We will teach you the skills and you use them on the bags and coach held mitts.

The New Jersey Masters boxing tournament is starting a bit late. Kirsten Wessel bout will likely be closer to 2:00 p.m. Stay tuned folks!

Coach Kirsten Wessel is on weight and ready to go! She'll be competing around 1:00 hour time but will keep you posted.

We have 2 Boxers stepping back in the ring in the next 2 weekends. Jayden Thompson takes on an extremely strong opponent in Brainerd, MN while Coach Kirsten Wessel returns to Atlantic City, NJ to keep her crown and undefeated record intact. Central Minnesota stand up and cheer these hard working athletes on!

In the opening bout of the night. Coach Sean Flynn had a hard-fought Muay Thai battle against a young and talented opponent. He went to all three rounds coming up short by decision. We're very proud of him and all the hard work he put in to get ready for this bout and look forward to him getting right back in there. Huge congratulations to NWBA member and Start BJJ fighter Thomas Herrera for picking up a first round TKO stoppage. Very impressive! Thank you to Ignite Fights for the great show.
