Lil Warriors (ages 3-6) 3-3:30pm Mondays and Thursdays. Costs $30 per month or $5 drop in
Youth Boxing (ages 7-12) 4-5 pm Mondays and Thursdays. Costs $35 per month on 12 month contract or $40 cash or check no contract
Fitness Boxing (ages 13-unlimited) 5-6:15 pm Tuesdays and Fridays. Costs $50 per month or $10 drop in
Open Boxing Practice (ages 13-unlimited) 530-730 pm Mondays and Thursdays. Costs $50 per month on 12 month contract for adults, students $50 a month no contact, Adults without contract $65 a month or $15 drop in.
Self Defense Brazilian Jujitsu (ages 13-unlimited)
Wednesdays 6-730 pm
This class is completely free to try out for the month of August!
Sparring takes place for registered USA Boxers on Saturdays from 9-10:30 am (no additional cost)

A fun and successful night of our 1st Self Defense BJJ class. We will continue these FREE classes Co-ed, ages 15+ for the next 2 Wednesday nights (August 19th, 26th) from 6-7:30 pm before Freya’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Alexandria start their regular classes at our gym location beginning in September.
Any beginners are welcome to come and try this out the next 2 weeks! This class is always FREE for all first responders. Our way of giving back.

We just keep adding more and more members and bringing people together! Every practice we become a little stronger. Every practice we are building more than physcial strength. The stronger you become, the less you fear. The less you fear, life becomes a little easier. Don't let anything get in your way. Just improve a little every class.
Since our doors have been free to open back up, we have seen about half of our adult gym members return. We know that almost all of them at a certain point, will return. But what we have seen since opening back up, is that our gym is just what people need in life RIGHT NOW. We have been blessed to have several new members join the gym and right now, our gym is on bursting with positive energy 🔥 People are not letting politics or groups weight them down. Our members are not dividing, they are coming together and it's a beautiful thing. At our practices we put people together in difficult challenges both physically and mentally, and people who vary drastically in life are cheering one another on. People are breaking borders down and strengthening themselves both mentally and physically. I thank God for this gym.

We are happy to announce that on Thursday June 11th, practices at our gym will resume! At NWBA, we are a safe place open to any age, gender, or race that bands us together as individuals in the name of improving ourselves. Lets build our physical and mental strength. This is a positive environment that brings us together. We all need a place like this.
You must register with us by sending us a message letting us know you wish to return as a member or become a new member, and we will go over new rules and guidelines that must be followed.

There is no other bonding moment that surpasses when your daughter rips you to the body with wicked hooks 😂. Ellie vs Royce was fun to watch! Definitely a good father right here, however he may think twice before asking his daughter to clean her room 🤭.

Perhaps the hardest part of the shutdown, has been not being able to work with the youth of our community or hear how they are doing. We haven't been able to hear from these kids, so parents please send us messages updating us on how your kids are doing! We miss them and look forward to opening up relatively soon. We have no other choice but to not open up our gym today. USA boxing has advised we close down to do a very through cleaning and sanitizing off all equipment before opening back up. We will open back up tomorrow morning at 9 am. I know this is frustrating because a lot of people feel that social media is blowing this out of proportion. That may certainly be the case, but based on the recommendations of the organization that makes our gym open, we are forced take their advice and play it safe. Our gym will be open tomorrow and will be completely safe.
