What gets in your way of being consistent with workouts?

For a lot of people... it’s travel, long work hours, or a schedule that is all-over-the-place that make it harder to get into a regular exercise routine. Or, maybe you just lack motivation and don’t feel like it some days.

Having an online training program is one of the best tools for consistency, flexibility, affordability and ease.

Here are our tips for working out anywhere and being more consistent:

1️⃣Choose a time and stick with it. Whether you’re traveling, at home, or actually going to a gym, committing to the same time every day can help motivate you to make your workout a non-negotiable. In other words, make it a habit.

2️⃣Prep the night before. Set out your workout clothes, yoga/thick mat and fill your water bottle so you don’t even have to think about it in the morning. Put your program up on your computer.

3️⃣Follow a program. Instead of randomly choosing exercises and thirty minutes on the elliptical or cardiovascular equipment, following a program will help you see results and progress in a way that has you feeling stronger, motivated, and empowered.

Our inclement weather policy stands with safety first and communication. If you feel at all unsafe traveling to FOR, you can absolutely cancel your session. You will be early canceled (not charged).

If your child’s school is closed, we will early cancel your session or class, no problem. We understand!

If an instructor is able to make it to the gym, our doors are open, even if schools are canceled. If you have any questions about if a session or class is canceled, please e-mail the instructor directly.

For both personal training, classes and small groups, please make your instructor aware if you are unable to attend so that you are not charged.



PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
Your instructor will reach out to you some time the evening before or that morning depending on the time of your sessions. If you do not hear from them, please reach out to him or her directly. The contact information is [email protected]. Alternatively, you can find their cell phone number on the bottom of the confirmation email you received.

CLASSES and SMALL GROUPS
For those of you registered in a class or small group, please notify the instructor if you cannot attend. If the class is canceled because the instructor cannot make it to the gym, you will receive an email notification that the class or group was canceled. Additionally, the class will also be listed as “canceled” on the class or group schedule.

We are ringing in the new year with a different style of swing!!🥊

🥊 Are you interested in an exciting form of cardio, learning self-defense movements, and building strength all at once?

🥊Starting next Tuesday, January 15th, William will lead participants through a 5-week program designed to enhance the cardiovascular system, improve total body strength, hand-eye coordination, improve balance, and stress management.

🥊 $349 (5 sessions) or twice per week for $449 (10 sessions). Classes will be held Tuesdays at 6am and Sundays at 11am.
