This actually isn’t funny. It’s a waste of time. When you spend an hour or more working hard in the gym whether you take classes, strength train, or just walk… you’ve invested time that will never come back- only to hurt your results with poor nutrition. Imagine supplementing your physical exercise by exercising good/great food! You win twice! You will have succeeded that day and closer your goals!
