Did you know?

Even mild dehydration can affect balance, focus, endurance, and coordination—all things dancers rely on every single class.

A few simple tips:
💦 Drink water throughout the day, not just during class.
💦 Bring a full water bottle to every practice.
💦 If you're dancing for several hours, remember to refuel afterward too.

Strong dancers take care of their bodies from the inside out.
