Hello Fit Body Family, one of our friends lost their home in the Altadena Fire. This fire has left them with nothing but the clothes on their backs, and they are now starting over from scratch. Despite this unimaginable loss, they are staying strong and hopeful, but they need our help. We are raising funds to help them with immediate needs, including temporary housing, food, clothing, essentials, and rebuilding their lives from the ground up.

Every dollar counts and will go directly to Jimmy and Annika to support their recovery and give them hope for a new start. Good morning everyone. Due to the nearby fires, the smell of ash blowing around the area.. we have made the decision to close all morning classes. We feel it is unsafe to workout in these conditions.
