Hello everyone. Today I graduate from the Police Academy. I'm the oldest student they've had lol. It has been so much fun and very educational.

Enjoy your summer, but never stop training and bring a friend or family member to join you.
Okay so schools out for the summer but training never ends, stay vigilant. I do all of my forms (Huyngs) in the pool. It's great for resistance training and balance if done in the deep end.
