Wow! Hard to believe it's been over 7 years since I posted here. I hope everyone is doing fantastic! Some of you already know that I am teaching a Zumba class once a month at St. Michael's McKinney - hosted by our Respect Life Group. So if you all like working out early on a Saturday morning (7AM-7:45AM) I would love to see you there. The classes are $5 and donations go directly to the Respect Life Group with a focus on serving the organization "Walking with Mom's in Need". Below are the dates of the next 3 classes to finish out the year. Would love to see and dance with some of the old R&F Zumba gang.

R&F Peeps, below is the schedule for the rest of the week! Yes, we are open on Thanksgiving morning...no employees will be working, just Coach Stevie and Coach TPain. We have learned in the past 5 years that our peeps like to get up early, workout hard, and go home before the celebration begins! Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!
