The City of Allen has ordered a limited evacuation of the area, so we will not have classes today.

Dancers, please check your email! There is a gas leak in the shopping strip of the studio, so classes are currently on hold until we are cleared by Atmos. I will let you know when we are cleared for class. w

Get you sleep, eat right, and put away your phones…

One of our dancers came to us drained after every practice... she thought the workouts were too much. ⁣ ⁣ Now, sometimes you CAN train too hard. That’s a real thing! ⁣ ⁣ But before you start slashing workouts and practice sessions, it’s important to look at your habits OUTSIDE of the studio.⁣ ⁣ When we looked deeper, the real problem wasn’t her training 👉 it was her habits outside the gym and studio.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Late-night scrolling, junk snacks or skipping meals all together, and barely any sleep = no energy to give in class.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ We swapped in:⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ✅ Balanced meals⁣⁣ ✅ Earlier bedtime⁣⁣ ✅ Less screen time before bed⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And guess what? Within weeks, she had more energy, better focus, and stronger sessions. 🙌⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 🧠 Fuel and rest ARE part of your training. You can’t out-dance poor recovery.
