It was a treat chasing down the Texas Kid, Cody StClair during his 2nd ever 4400 race. He’s doing amazing! We debated giving a Roxanne a thump for fun but didn’t want to break either car! Cody is another racer that embodies Z’s spirt. Have I told you lately?

Short and sweet, the Ultra4 USA Blackhill Throwdown was a blast. We did everything we could to work our way up from P6 and ended up on the podium. We are proud of our finish. Then Chip noticed the background when he walked up to accept the trophy. He’s always there with us! Congrats to Paul Wolff | Off-road racer and Brandon Davis for P1 and P2.

The one time Chip was on a rail and had issues at the end. Car went into limp mode 3 turns from the finish and everyone else was on rails too. We start P6 tomorrow and have our work cut out for us. That’s ok, we are making memories! And we have!

Another one of those hole in the wall places we find on the way to the race. 18 wheeler friendly and nice people! We were greeted by the fire chief and a couple of the crew. He gave us the secret password to the fire station bathroom! Sturgis in the morning! Ultra4 USA Sturgis Motorcycle Rally
