Another great session (and video) with Neela Forzisi at Ideal Movements. We wrapped up our session by discussing how helpful #Pilates is to strengthen the core. She really did a great job during our session correcting me and ensuring that I wasn't straining my #neck or #back with any of the #exercises. [09/08/15]   DFW locals: please join me in a special 5-week Restorative Stretch series Fridays in October (2, 9, 16, 23 & 30) at 6pm at The Pilates Body Shop in Austin Ranch. The practice is 75 minutes, followed by light refreshments. No experience necessary as this is a relaxing, rejuvinating practice whereby the body is supported restfully by blosters, blocks & blankets. Series is $150, or drop-in rate of $35/class.
