Feeling incredibly grateful for everyone who came out and supported the two community yoga classes at 💚
Between both events, we raised over $100, and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the to continue supporting the mental and emotional well-being of youth and the adults who support them.
Thank you to everyone who attended, donated, shared the events, and helped spread the word. Community care, mindful movement, and collective healing are powerful things 🙏🏾

I’m excited to partner with Breathe Easy Therapy Services and the Mindful Child Initiative by Pratyush Sinha Foundation for two donation-based community yoga classes supporting children’s mental and emotional wellness programs.
🧘🏾♂️ Saturday, May 16th at 11AM

These classes are:
✨ Family-friendly
✨ Open to all experience levels
✨ Centered around movement, mindfulness, breathwork, and connection
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to your mat, this is a space to move, breathe, and support a meaningful cause together.

Sunshine, movement, and community… Fitness in the Park is back and it’s bigger than ever ☀️🌿💪🏾
What started as Yoga Fest has evolved into something even more special, a full wellness experience with more movement, more variety, and some truly phenomenal instructors bringing their energy to the park all season long.
I’m excited to be part of this year’s lineup and even more excited to see so many different modalities being offered. This is such a great chance to step outside your usual routine, try something new, and move your body in ways that feel good.

Grateful for the opportunity to spend time with some amazing little minds 💛
Thank you to Miss Enid and Miss Cleo at for welcoming me into your classroom and allowing me to share a mindful moment with your kiddos 🌱
We explored our feelings through story time with The Color Monster 📚, moved our bodies with a fun game of dice and mindful poses 🎲🧘🏾♂️, and 🐼 led us through flower breath 🌸. I then guided them through candle breath 🕯️ and tree breath 🌳
Their excitement was contagious, and they had so much fun learning mindfulness! Moments like this remind me why this work matters ✨️🙏🏾

Last Thursday, I had the honor of being invited back to to guide students through a gentle yoga flow 🧘🏾♂️✨
In recognition of Black History Month and Eating Disorder Awareness Week, we centered our practice around a simple but powerful theme: Reclaim your body. Reclaim your story. 🤎
As we moved and breathed together, we reflected on the resilience woven throughout Black history, while also creating space to heal our relationship with our bodies. In a culture that has often policed, shamed, and misunderstood them, this felt especially meaningful.
Because at the end of the day, the body carries stories.
Stories of trauma.
Stories of strength.
Stories of survival. 💭✊🏾
And when we create intentional space for healing, something shifts.
The most beautiful part? Participation grew 10x compared to last year. 🙌🏾 Watching more students show up for their mental and emotional well-being was powerful. 🌱
I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity, and big appreciation to my guy for helping make it happen 🤝🏾
