Junior Flag Football returning to Valley Wellness Center on Friday evenings at 5:00 - 5:50pm starting October 9th.

Grab your sneakers and get ready for some football fun! Kids will run, throw, catch, dodge, and race their way to the end zone while learning the basics of flag football.
With fun games, exciting challenges, and plenty of chances to score a TOUCHDOWN, this class is all about staying active, building confidence, making friends, and having a blast!

No tackling—just flags, teamwork, and tons of fun! 🏈🙌
