Another shout-out to .lazar0 ._.3 for their hard work in achieving Scholar All-American status. Hoping the wall gets filled up quickly.

Congratulations to our team for having a Spring 2026 team GPA of 3.353. Led by this group, who all had over a 3.5 for the semester. Keep working on the mats and in the classroom.

Updated the 'Wall of Recognition' today. Awesome to see the new names that will be enshrined in our program forever. We are very proud of their accomplishment. Onto to Year 3!

All the way from Minnesota, we welcome Russo Capel to our team. Russo had a great finish to the season, winning her section and qualifying for the state tournament. Her determination to keep getting better is inspiring and we know that she will add value to our team.

More coming to Allentown this Fall......Victoria Tomczyk comes to Allentown from Linden NJ. A combat background led her to the mats where she participated with UCNJ men's team. Unlimited potential for this one and we are excited to see her progression.

Laura Montoro from Concord Academy via Newark, NJ is next on our list. Laura is a 3rd finisher in girls division of the National Preps and NE Prep champion. Placing in numerous in and out of season tournaments, Laura will be bringing a competitive energy and spirit to the program. Please Welcome!

A 3x Captain on the boys team, please welcome Shea Simon to Muhlenberg. Shea took 7th in the all-boys MMHSA this past season and finished 7-4. Coming all the way from New Mexico via NY making her home for the next four years.
