RBC Fitness Boot Camp is an interval training class that will include jumping, running, crawling, squatting, pushing, stretching, twisting and much more.

Please note that this is an intense class but instructor will show modifications and start at an appropriate level for participants. Requirements for class:

· Signed waiver and health questionnaire
· Proper exercise sneakers and clothing
· 2, 3 or 5 lb dumbbells (can be purchased at Wal-Mart/Target). I do supply weights if you forget yours
· Towel and Water Bottle

I’m excited to announce that I’ll be launching a 6-Week Online Fitness Program beginning January 5th! Two Days Left to Register

For over 30 years, my passion has been helping people move better, get stronger, and feel healthier. Teaching fitness and inspiring others has always been at the heart of what I do. I’ve decided to expand my offerings so I can reach more women (and men too!) through online personal training and workout classes.

What’s Included in the Program:

1 x 50-minute Strength Class

‼️If you would like to participate In the fitness portion on the program only with the incentives please indicate on the google form.

To earn your free shirt, you must:
✅ Complete both weekly workouts for all 6 weeks and check in with me with your feedback
✅ Complete at least one Core class and one Mobility class
✅ Commit to at least TWO of the healthy habits below:

Choose any two (or more!):
• Be in bed before 10:00 PM at least 5 nights per week
• Eat dinner before 6:30 PM at least 4 nights per week
• Drink 80 oz of water daily (electrolytes are okay — I can recommend a brand)
• Consume 60–80 grams of protein at least 5 days per week (limit to one protein drink per day)
• Eat 2–3 servings of fruits AND vegetables at least 5 days per week
• Limit alcohol to no more than 2 drinks per week
• Take a 15-minute walk at least 3 nights per week
• Complete 2 morning workouts before work each week

You may choose more than two habits — but only two are required.

A Few Important Notes:

• Dumbbells are needed for the strength workouts. Beginners are welcome to start without weights and gradually progress to light dumbbells.
• I am not a registered dietitian. All nutrition guidance shared is based on my personal experience and is not intended as medical advice.

At Rosie’s Boot Camp we love to workout outside but we equally love it in the Fall when we head back indoors to St. Luke’s West End Human Performance Center.

We have lights, bathrooms, warmth and awesome equipment.

Starting Monday morning we are indoors at St. Luke’s!

Get Fit + Strong for the Summer at Rosie’s Boot Camp!

☀️Class is every Monday at 5:00 pm and Saturday at 9:00 am

☀️If you can’t make all the classes-no worries I will have makeup classes-do what you can just do it!

This class will focus on getting you strong and fit! We will use weights (you must bring your weights, mat and water) if you don’t have weights let me know I will will supply them.
