I’m excited to announce that I’ll be launching a 6-Week Online Fitness Program beginning January 5th! Two Days Left to Register
For over 30 years, my passion has been helping people move better, get stronger, and feel healthier. Teaching fitness and inspiring others has always been at the heart of what I do. I’ve decided to expand my offerings so I can reach more women (and men too!) through online personal training and workout classes.
What’s Included in the Program:
✅ 2 workouts per week on YouTube
1 x 50-minute Strength Class
1 x 35-minute HIIT Class
✅ Full access to my private YouTube workout library
✅ Bonus Classes
2 x 15-minute Core Classes
2 x 15-minute Mobility Classes

To earn your free shirt, you must:
✅ Complete both weekly workouts for all 6 weeks and check in with me with your feedback
✅ Complete at least one Core class and one Mobility class
✅ Commit to at least TWO of the healthy habits below:
Choose any two (or more!):
• Be in bed before 10:00 PM at least 5 nights per week
• Eat dinner before 6:30 PM at least 4 nights per week
• Drink 80 oz of water daily (electrolytes are okay — I can recommend a brand)
• Consume 60–80 grams of protein at least 5 days per week (limit to one protein drink per day)
• Eat 2–3 servings of fruits AND vegetables at least 5 days per week
• Limit alcohol to no more than 2 drinks per week
• Take a 15-minute walk at least 3 nights per week
• Complete 2 morning workouts before work each week
You may choose more than two habits — but only two are required.
A Few Important Notes:
• Dumbbells are needed for the strength workouts. Beginners are welcome to start without weights and gradually progress to light dumbbells.
• I am not a registered dietitian. All nutrition guidance shared is based on my personal experience and is not intended as medical advice.
