St. Luke's Half Marathon & 5k

Since 1977, we have built a proud tradition of running, racing, and community for the Lehigh Valley. Generations of runners have crossed our finish lines to create a legacy of health, perseverance, and camaraderie that continues to inspire athletes of all ages and abilities today.

This year, we will celebrate 50 years of racing by bringing together runners, walkers, volunteers, families, and supporters! The St. Luke’s Half Marathon Race Weekend will showcase the spirit and strength of our community.

Runners participate in the St. Luke’s Half Marathon on Sunday, April 26, 2026, in Allentown. More than 2,500 people registered for the 42nd running of the 13.1-mile race, the region’s longest-running long-distance race. The event also included a 5K race and Youth Run.
