It's Tuesday, and that means we were at the Swamp (Macungie Memorial Park) at 5:30-6:15am. 6 of us this morning, challenging our selves and each other. Looking at this motley crew! We're from different places, different levels of fitness, different ages. Didn't matter. You coming?

The beatdown at the Bee Hive Saturday, Feb. 7th, will be closed. It will be held at Salem Bible Church in Macungie for the No Regrets Conference at 6:30am.
